LetsShape is a product of DeepDive Creations. LetsShape provides software that helps surfboard shapers create branded custom-board ordering experiences and receive organized custom-board requests.

This Privacy Policy describes how LetsShape handles information when you use the LetsShape platform, visit our websites, create or use a shaper account, or submit a request through a shaper's customer builder.

The information we handle depends on how you interact with LetsShape and may include the following.

Shaper and account information

• Name, email address, display name, and account identifiers
• Business, shop, and brand information
• Organization or brand membership and account role information
• Builder, catalog, and offering configuration
• Subscription or service information, where applicable

Customer and custom-board request information

Public builders currently require a customer's name and email address. A customer may also provide a phone number or notes. A custom-board request can include the selected model, dimensions, construction, options, color, artwork selections and placement, pricing quote, deposit configuration or amount, payment method or instructions, payment-status records, production-stage or status information, and saved design or order information.

Payment-related records in LetsShape are informational and organizational. They do not mean that LetsShape processed the underlying surfboard payment.

Shaper-uploaded assets

Shapers may upload artwork or logo image files and supported 3D board or model files for use in their builders. Active assets may be stored in publicly accessible storage because public builder visitors need them to view the shaper's offering. Customers do not currently upload files through public builders.

Limited technical information

LetsShape or its service providers may automatically receive limited technical information ordinarily associated with providing an online service, such as request, device, browser, network, security, or log information.

We may use information to:

• Create and maintain shaper accounts and operate branded customer builders
• Store builder and catalog configurations as a shaper's offering changes
• Receive custom-board requests and make them available to the appropriate shaper
• Generate and maintain order records, tracking links, and production updates
• Send transactional or service communications and provide support
• Authenticate users, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, and operate or improve LetsShape
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

Individual shapers use LetsShape to operate their own branded ordering experiences. When a customer submits a custom-board request through a shaper's builder, the relevant information is made available to that shaper so they can review the request, communicate with the customer, decide whether to accept or fulfill it, and manage the direct customer relationship.

LetsShape provides the software and organization layer supporting that interaction. The shaper remains responsible for the commercial relationship and surfboard transaction with the customer.

LetsShape does not currently process, collect, hold, distribute, refund, or otherwise move payments between surfboard shapers and their customers. LetsShape may store or display information about a shaper's payment arrangement, including board price, deposit amount, accepted payment methods, payment instructions, and manually maintained payment status.

Actual surfboard payments are arranged directly between the shaper and customer. LetsShape may charge separately for its own subscriptions, setup services, or other services under its business arrangements; payment-processing details for those services will be described when implemented.

We may share information as reasonably necessary with:

• The relevant shaper when a customer submits information through that shaper's builder
• Service providers that help operate LetsShape, including authentication, database, storage, infrastructure, and technical providers
• Transactional email providers when email delivery is configured
• Professional advisers where appropriate
• Authorities where legally required or where necessary to protect rights, safety, or the platform

LetsShape does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

LetsShape and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, administrative functionality, and operation of the platform.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate LetsShape, provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and satisfy applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Retention periods can vary based on the type of information and why it is maintained.

LetsShape uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to the nature of the service. These measures include access controls and safeguards designed to support authenticated accounts, tenant separation, protected application routes, server-side validation, upload restrictions, and unique token-based order-access links.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that information will always be completely secure.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes.

LetsShape is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances where applicable law requires parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to address the information, which may include deleting it.

Shaper and business accounts are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Public customer builders do not currently perform age verification. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to LetsShape, contact us at DeepDiveCreationsfl@gmail.com.

LetsShape relies on third-party providers to help operate the service. These providers include Clerk for authentication, sessions, organizations, and account membership; Supabase for database and storage functionality; Svix in connection with verification of Clerk webhook communications; and Resend for transactional or order email delivery when configured.

LetsShape may also link to third-party services. Their independent privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of business or assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as LetsShape evolves. The updated policy will display a revised Last updated date. Where appropriate, material changes may be communicated through the service or another reasonable method.
