Questions before you get started?

Straight answers to the things shapers usually want to know.

Is there a setup fee?

No required setup fee. You can configure LetsShape yourself, or choose the optional $200 Launch Setup service.

Can I set LetsShape up myself?

Yes. The $19.99 monthly subscription includes the tools to configure and update your own models, options, pricing, artwork and deposit settings.

Is there a contract, and can I cancel anytime?

The intended core subscription has no long-term contract. Cancellation timing and account access after cancellation are still being finalized; final subscription terms will be published before paid subscriptions begin.

Does LetsShape take a percentage of my board sales?

No. LetsShape charges for the platform and does not take a percentage of the board sale. Third-party payment processing fees may still apply.

How are deposits handled?

You decide whether customers submit a request, pay a configured deposit or pay in full. Payment availability and processor fees depend on the payment setup used.

Can I change my models, options and pricing later?

Yes. Your offering can be updated as your boards, available choices and pricing change.

What happens as my order volume grows?

Volume-based limits and pricing have not been finalized. We will publish any applicable limits before paid subscriptions begin.
